Policies, Terms and Shipping Information

Order Payment can be done using the following means:

1. Credit Card - Done by the online store (encrypted secure connection).  Visa, Mastercard and American Express excepted.  You will be sent a tracking confirmation number via email once the order is shipped.  The online store is fully equipped to process credit card transactions securely, and we encourage everyone to take advantage of this technology for their own convenience.   If requested, a credit card transaction number will be provided to you by email.

2. Hyperwallet.com -  For Hyperwallet method please send your paypal request to info@nutribolicinc.com .   This method is fast, easy and secure.  Hyperwallet is trusted by millions across the world.

3.  Western Union Transfer

Money order or certified check orders will be shipped immediately about arrival.  For personal checks, products are shipped after clearance of funds.

Domestic Shipping Policy

All packages shipped can use a variety of methods such as US and Canada postal service, UPS, FEDEX.  You can specify on your order the shipping method preferred or email to inquire about a rate.   Rates are determined based on weight & distance as well as delivery service selected from the various shipping and postal services.  Shipping/Handling costs will be displayed for view with the order total, within the customer's shopping basket.  Express Delivery domestic takes from 2-3 days; Expedited parcels take from 3-5 days; regular ground parcels take approximately 7-10 days within North America.

International Shipping Policies

Initial shipping charges will be based on the weight of order and country of destination as specified by the available shipping options.   It is recommended for all international orders outside of North America to email us at info@nutribolicinc.com to request an accurate shipping rate for the particular items and country of destination.  For overseas shipments often the checkout page will not give all the available options or the best rates available to those options.  However, for orders within North America the shipping rate calculater is usually most accurate except for malfunctions that can occur once in awhile.  A prompt shipping rate can be provided to you right away by emailing your order request.

**It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office or government to see if your country, region or state permits the shipment of our products to you.  If the package is seized by Customs or other for any reason and we do not receive the package back, we will not issue you a refund. If we do receive the package back after being seized and the products are in perfect condition, we will credit you the product cost, but you are still responsible for the shipping charges.  Prepayment is required.  Payment must be by credit card, International Money Order, or certified check.  The customer is responsible for any duties or taxes that may apply.   We report the exact amount of the sale on the Customs form.  Please do not ask us to claim less than the actual sale amount.  For registered business customers within North America, a NAFTA blanket form can be supplied with the invoice for importing the product into that country.

Refund &  Policy

Nutribolic Inc. does not issue direct refunds for the products sold via the online store. All refunds regarding defective products, adverse product reactions, ingredients and guarantees should be taken up directly with the respective manufacturer.  Nutribolic Inc. does not assume responsibility for any of these.  However, we do encourage our customers to inform us of any complaints and details concerning a particular product so we can further take this up with the product manufacturer.  This will aid in establishing a procedure to find out if something can either be improved or a product should not be included.   This procedure including communication from all parties we hope will assure safety and product awareness as well as continous improvement.

All products sold on this site are not guaranteed effective by the owners of this site; product descriptions are merely a copy of information found on the manufacturer web's site, and hence, we are not directly responsible for the claims  made about the products. We do ask that feedback regarding the effectiveness of the merchandise be posted on this site, as to allow other consumers to make informed decisions.

Privacy Policy

All personal contact information for an account holder is securely stored on our Servers, and will not be divulged to any third party under any circumstances.  All information regarding an account holder's purchases will also not be shared to any party; for your own privacy and security, credit card information is not stored server side in our database.  We ensure that the privacy of each customer is protected fully.  If there are any questions, please contact the Webmaster.
